Users can enter a photo of friends and family enjoying the Black Hills between May 18 and Aug. 30, 2012.
Rapid City Journal employees will then narrow down the list to the top 100 photos.
Users will vote on their top photos from Sept. 1 - Sept. 30, 2012.
The first place winner will receive a $500 Target gift card. The second place winner will receive a $100 gift card and the third place winner will receive a $50 Target gift card.
